Send us back these forms and our team is here to support you every step of the way.
You are required to sign Code of Conduct either in English or Tagalog, and fill-in a PVS Vetting Request and Consent Form.

You are also required to attend a Safeguarding Seminar organised by the Catholic Diocese of Auckland, this can be done either in person or online. For more information, please follow the link below.

In line with the Guidelines and Policies of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Auckland, all volunteers are required to attend at least one safeguarding course and are required to go through police vetting and sign a code of conduct in either english or tagalog every three years
